Whom should I contact when I have questions about the survey?
On the Service Transformation Monitor Portal, you see a red "Get Support" button on the top-right. From there you can send a message or start a chat session.
Alternatively, you can send an email to support@moremomentum.eu -
Can I change my answers after submitting the survey?
We have disabled this feature.
Each survey involves quite a few questions, and we trust that your first response (without too much thinking) is the most accurate answer.
And, several colleagues of yours are conducting the same survey, so we will look at averages. -
Will I receive other emails now I am participating in this survey?
Just the fact you are invited to conduct a survey means you may receive follow up emails directly related to this survey.
We will be sending other articles and insights coming from our Global Service Transformation Monitor. If you would like to receive those, you will have to subscribe to them.

What should I do if I do not know the answer?
In case you cannot know the answer, because the question is related to activities you have neither direct nor indirect involvement in, you can answer "No idea".
In all other cases, just answer "No". Not knowing the answer (for sure) implies it is not a standard practice. -
When is a practice really standard practice?
A practice is standard practice if everyone involved in that practice knows exactly what should be performed and how, and does it that way, with no exception (other than in rare circumstances). This practice is well embedded in training, methodologies, instructions, workflows, applications, standard operating procedures etcetera.
If this is not the case, it is not standard practice, even though it is regularly applied in some similar way.
