What if we do not know all the information?
First of all, it is expected you do not know all the questions asked. That is not a problem.
You can simply mark that question as "not applicable" or "not available". We will exclude your company from the related analysis. If we see interesting patterns about unavailable data, we will include that in our Service Transformation Monitor report. -
How is the confidentiality of our (financial) data secured?
We have strict confidentiality policies and security measures in place to secure your information. Please check out our Confidentiality Policy.
In a nutshell: all information you provide is considered confidential and will not be disclosed. Reporting will only happen in an aggregated manner, except the bespoke report only your company will receive. -
Can I change the data (financials and metrics) after submitting the questionnaire?
Yes, you can upload the excel sheet again and we will make sure we use the latest in our analysis.
It is recommended to thoroughly check your excel sheets before uploading. -
Can we participate without providing detailed financial data?
Yes, That is not a problem, although you will miss some elements of the Service Transformation Monitor report.
You can simply mark that question as "not available". We will exclude your company from the related analysis. -
Whom should I contact when I have questions about the survey?
On the Service Transformation Monitor Portal, you see a red "Get Support" button on the top-right. From there you can send a message or start a chat session.

Will I receive other emails now I am participating in this survey?
Just the fact you are invited to conduct a survey means you may receive follow up emails directly related to this survey.
We will be sending other articles and insights coming from our Global Service Transformation Monitor. If you would like to receive those, you will have to subscribe to them.

How do we monitor the status of the response?
The moreMomentum team will monitor the responses and email reminders to invites that have not completed their response. 1 week before the deadline, we will provide the coordinator in your organisation with an overview of the status of responses.
